Credit Card Payment Policy
This Credit Card Payment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions that apply when you submit a credit card payment to LWR Property Maintenance, LLC (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By submitting a credit card payment, you agree to the following terms:
1. Authorization
You authorize us to charge your credit card for the amount specified in your order, invoice, or service agreement.
2. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete credit card information. Any errors or inaccuracies in the information you provide may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation of your order or service.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you have any issues or disputes regarding your billing, you agree to contact us first at info@lwrpropertymaintenance.com or (941) 777-46780 to attempt to resolve the issue before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card issuer. This helps us address your concerns promptly and avoid unnecessary fees.
4. Dispute Fees
If you initiate a dispute with your bank or credit card issuer, you acknowledge that we will be charged a $20 fee by our payment processor, regardless of the outcome of the dispute. This fee covers the administrative costs incurred by the processor. This fee will be accessed to your invoice and will become due immediately.
5. Chargeback Fees
If the dispute results in a chargeback (i.e., we lose the dispute), you remain responsible for:
- The original charge amount,
- The $20 dispute fee, and
- An additional $40 chargeback fee (this fee is charged by your bank or credit card issuer).
These fees are non-refundable and cover the costs associated with processing the chargeback.
6. Late Payment Fees
If your payment is not received by the due date, you may be subject to a late payment fee of $10.00 late fee and/or 18% of total invoice whichever is greater. Late payments may also result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is paid. Late payments may result in pre payments required for future services.
7. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, Manatee County, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for updates.
Agreement to Terms
By submitting your credit card payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.
